i am just trying to see how many people see this as a ?? just because i added the ?? mark at the end.. so many things on YA seem to have this format.. just by adding a ?? a statement becomes a question?? hmmm

No - you are wrong. YAHOO adds the question mark because it is SUPPOSED to be a question. If you didn't add the ?? - the question mark would still be there. Not only that, the first line can still look like a sentence and the question may actually be in the body (like here for instance). It's up to YOU to ask the question.
