is she about to get her period? or are there any lumps in her brest? I would see a doctor tho.

Gina was skydiving when it all went horribly wrong. She is a luck girl though. As she was plummeting out of the sky to what she initially though was certain oblivion a thought crossed her mind to land on her breasts.
As she tumbled through the roaring wind she held her prominant busom to the ground and as she impacted she felt a small pain in her left breast as that one took the brunt of the fall.
So, I think it was a fall of nearly 8000 feet broken by a breast that is hurting her left breast.

Well I don't know, who's Gina? But my left breast was hurting the other day and it was because I had slept on a tempura matress and had crushed it a bit because I hadn't moved in my sleep all night.
Could that be it?

How can we know? What has she been doing? I know that I tore a ligament in mine earlier this year. I was doing high impact aerobics without a good enough bra. I am quite busty on top. Does any of this sound like Gina?

It could be that she is about to start her period lots of females experience that as so do I
If it lasts more than about a day or two I would check for lumps maybe. It's normal to feel some but you know your body and you know what should and shouldn't be there. If the pain is consistent maybe check with your doctor

From the tone of your questions, it doesn't sound as though you are looking for a serious response. If, perchance, I am wrong, you get her to a doctor ASAP.
