No..... in fact this insane wave of racism has hit the USA like a tsunami.
It seems that nowadays, the easiest way for a lot of people to pledge their allegiance to a larger group than their immediate friends, is by identifying themselves, and others by race.
There's this sad wave of "hey, let's all be stereotypes" all over TV. Just watch Nickelodeon, MTV, BET, and CMT. It seems that the hip thing to be is a stereotype.
Just like any white person can be racist for detesting black people, black people can be racist for detesting whites... or any race unto any race. Racism, much like love, spreads across many boundaries, and is found pretty much everywhere if you look for it hard enough.
I say, don't be a part of it... just be you, and live in a race-free world.
Besides, there are too many races to count... I think my system is easier... discriminating between STUPID and NON-STUPID.
Unfortunately, almost everyone (myself included) falls into the former :(

No racists are not always white. Racists can be of any cultural background. Racism is the belief that one race is superior to another. Hitler was white and he was a racist.

personally I think that black people are more racist than white people. They discriminate in public, and they get away with it. Watch some black stand up comics and there's your answer. If white people said half of what a black comedian says about other races, they'd have a law suit on thier hands.

OF COURSE NOT. I've had some black people sneer at me because I'm white. Usually, though, racists are old white people that have their heads up their asses.

No ,Racists come in all colors and cultures .
I feel sad for racists because they are taught this by parents and authority figures in their lives for when they were young.
They are missing out on good friendships and good times .
We can all learn from each other .
When we get to know the PERSON we find out they`re just like us.

Nope, there are some African Americans that hate Caucasians (I am NOT One of them) and then there are the African Americans that hate other African Americans (I am NOT one of them) and then there are the American-Americans that hate Arabs and those people can be black or white (I am NOT one of them) Oh, and the Asians the hate African Americans, and the Christians that Hate people of other religions, (I am NOT one of them). Racism is and a "Small world after all" kind of thing. Anyone can get in on the HATE... I AM NOT ONE OF THEM!

Racism is possible in any race, it is certainly not just limited to white vs black.
The belief that certain races are 'better' or 'worse' than others is fairly wide spread..
Here, check out this article on racism in Japan.
