As we work far more hours than a lot of our European cousins, I feel that we are quite entitled to compensate for this by taking as many breaks as is possible.
Although, I may perhaps be taking this rule somewhat too far as I have only done twenty-two minutes of work today.
I started at nine this morning.

i don't mean to be funny but why do you care unless it affects you or your family directly. I know this is not the right way to look at things but if you do a good deed for somebody else you get dumped on so my theory is look out for your own.
