If you mean reboot as in reformatting it then yes. But if you just restart your computer then no.

It sounds, to me, Lisa_Ice_Lady, that you're talking of restoring your computer ... that's booting up from a restore disk and reinstalling Windows, and whatever other programs came with your computer. If that's the case, you will lose everything that you've downloaded as a restore disk will reformat your hard drive and then install the above mentioned programs.
Follow everyone's advice and back up what you wish to keep to CD or DVD.

Yes you will loss everything except the operating programs on your PC.The best thing to do is make a copy onto of the ones you want to keep onto CD or DVD before you re-boot the system !

Not unless you have saved all the things you want to keep to a portable hard drive. Otherwise if you reformat the hard drive you will lose all those things.

A lot of files, programs and pics can be burned to a disc, then downloaded from the disc .

if you mean reformat, the answer is yes. reformatting erases the whole harddrive except for the sector that boots it up.
