Need help with final assembly and tune of ford 460 big block?

Question

Ford 460 jet boat project. Had a mechanic helping out but is no longer available. Totally rebuilt and almost complete. Need to mount intake, torque rockers, install electronic msd ignition, figure out timimg curve and tune/prime to ready for break in. My first v8 and just need a few hours with somebody who has experience. Is located on near west side of cleve and have all the tools necessary to complete. Will pay cash and go for a jet boat ride you probably won't forget.
