If you were to design a superhero outfit for him too: I WOULD definitely come up with some cash for it (if I used it, of course)

An English superhero? Just take the loveliest characters off Eastenders and Two Pints and a Packet of Crisps, add Jack the Ripper, Hugh Grant and Michael Caine, stir with a bit of Stephen Fry and David Beckham, then top it off with a Cockney accent. Should make for a right twisted count, and as such quintessentially English. Lastly, make damn sure he loathes the Scots, saves lots of Essex and Norfolk girls from the clutches of suicide and lastly, that he comes from Wales but denies it.

Grammatical Man. Someone who wears a cape with punctuation correction marks written on it. A superhero able to correct double negatives, split infinitives and dangling participles in a single bound. A man whose only object is at the end of a sentence and subject's himself to using the right pronoun to begin a sentence. As far as stereotypes; what about Super Twit? With apologies to Mony Python. A person who irritates everyone he comes in contact with. Then there could be Dame Flutulence, who only has a silly title and little else.

hmm..let me ponder this one for a while...

Benny, the Master of Bullocks(I don't know where to take that one)

The Crumpet Cruncher(gets strength from magic crumpets)

The Titan of Tea(drank some radioactive tea which made him grow huge)

The London Eyerider(can see through the eyes of anyone in London at any time)

The Pond Connector(can exist at the same time on both sides of the pond)

Pint Woman(can turn into any type of beer and hide in pints. If drank, she can rip through someone's body and kill them, coming out as urine and reforming as herself, but really needing to take a shower afterwards)

:)

Hope those help.

The bowler hat and city suit with union jack boxers worn outside the trousers should be almost enough. Perhaps a cricket ball stuffed in his trouser pocket could complete the look.

A bag with his man sized nappies and bib secreted within would be nice...
