an NSAID

"If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use ibuprofen during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery."

The risk in taking any kind of drugs is generally linked to birth defects rather than miscarriage, but anything is theoretically possible. Most miscarriages aren't 'caused' per se, they simply happen. Talk to your doctor with any concerns and before you take anything if pregnant.

No.

You shouldn't take this medicine, particularly in last trimester due to it passing the drugs on to the baby.

But, from the research I did, there aren't any indications it causes contractions resulting in miscarriage.

I don't think so, but I would avoid taking any kind of medication while pregnant unless directed to by a doctor. Many types of medications have been linked to birth defects and other problems.
