You can't delete it, but you can clear everything (lists, friends, blog, photos, etc.) and abandon it.

I tried and tried....Yahoo ignored me.. I had to DELETE that entire account name!!!!! They should have an option to go back to old profile or 360. They do not want you to leave 360!!!

lol, you are not talking about the Xbox are you? Anyway, I am sure if you go to the 360 page and go to your account I am sure you can find the button to cancel your account. I am sure they make it easy.

the best and easiest way is to clear friend lists and every thing on it then u can leave it forever
