Well the body goes in the ground, or cremated, depends on your preference. :)
Also I think that you have a choice to go to a sort of heaven (not clouds and fluff, but just somewhere nice) or have a choice to live life over again.

if your body dies they burry it
you are a spirit dwelling in your body when your body dies you as a spirit will return to the spirit world where you will be with others who have "died" before
you will be able to talk with them etc
there will be some type of final judgement and you will go where you feal the most confertable
