Call your OB and go to the Hospital to check to see if you've gone into labor.
I don't know if you have specific medical reasons for having a C-section. If you do, it is important that if you've gone into labor that it doesn't progress. Call them NOW.
And Congratulations!

Get yourself checked out.. get to the hospital, just to make sure everything is alright. Nice thing about babies, they come when they want to.. May I ask why you're having a c-section.. most doctors today don't want women to go though natural childbirth.. they're in a hurry.. more c-sections means more babies born during a certain time period.. more money.
Your little angel could be preparing for birth.. I know my second son moved around so much that I almost couldn't walk. I think I went to the hospital almost every week for a month .
Congratulations..

I'm 32 1/2 weeks and i experience the same things. my cousin told me that maybe they are false "braxton hicks contractions". if i were you id wait to see if they go away or not. mines usually does. but if the pain is becoming more intense and more often between 5-7 minutes then you should call and see what your doctor advises because that would probably mean that your having real contractions. good luck i hope everything works for you.

i thought i was having bad back problems also.....except the pain got worse, i phoned the hospital in the morning and she said it sounded like i was going into labour. by the time i took a shower and got to the hospital i was ready to give birth. Best to get it checked out.....luckily i did (eventually) or i could have been in real trouble.

Go to your Doctor or the ER. Being Preg. in August is miserable, I know. Maybe being so very large and preg can cause you to feel as if you cant breathe well. Call your Doctor

could be false labor. or it might be because your having a boy. I would go to the doctor right away to make sure everything is good . you never know he might want to come early.

It's most likely a Braxton-Hicks contraction, but I'd let my doctor know if I were you.
