You know you're going to get lots of different kinds of answers...but I'd say get off junk food, sugar, unrefined and overprocessed food, get lots more excercise and teach yourself to focus. And if you don't have one already, maybe it would help to get a meaningful volunteer job. There won't be any time to worry about trivialities when you're caring for the critters at the shelter or the seniors at the nursing home.

Okay this is literally what I use and Steven Covey.org has made millions doing.

Make a list and center one sentence in the center of the paper, to the far left number them by importance [1,2,3,4] Action needed
[1 urgent, 2 important, 3 -5 day deadline, 4 -one month deadline]

At the far right the "assignment date and then deadline date" Example:

2 Pay for light bill tue 8/12 wed/23 [due on 31-make sure n time by mail]

1 Refill Rx med sun 20 mon 21 [in case Dr. needs to be called]

4 Buy Halloween cards Mon21 9/25 [get in mail by that time]

3 kids school party mon21 Fri 25 [buys treats and stickers to take to school for 10 am friday]

Okay~ I don't own Fancy organizers, I literally use cheap spiral notebooks. I will draw a line though the completed items and rewrite them on the next weeks calendar and move their importance up as its closer to the deadline.

I have found if i write down all my thoughts/trivial or not, I put them in priority it eases my mind and helps me in my focus.

It depends upon what matter makes you to worry and that you are not able to sleep. The person who has a goal which could not be achieved is worried more than others. Have your goals set in order you can achieve progressively and over a time. Analyse you weakness and change them into strength which will give the confidence required to face the next day and that will reduce your problems. Finally study your external environment for any threats and correctly identify them and convert them as opportunities for your success. These will help you to overcome your problems of the future and thus will give you the peace of the present.

dear.I hope i can give u some solution.even if i'm not expert in that field. As i know and have i read from psychology book that how to reduce our worry is to face the problems wisely and find the source of the problems and then solve it.if u need more u can ask person that u respect him/her to help u.U have to share ur problems to others, do not keep by your own.that make you more stress and depression.sleep early , go to sauna, shopping or go to somewhere that make u peace and comfortable.

If you can do something to resolve the matters in the next 24 hours, then do it & quit worrying...if you can not do anything about it, then it's out of your hands, you need to pray & not worry!

It sounds like you have OCD and you need meds to control the thoughts that keep going on in your mind.
