Poverty and cleanliness don't go together. Irish people are proud.

What kind of a question is that? That is a very general thing to say. Of course the Irish have pride in Ireland. Just because you saw some dirt on the street doesn't mean otherwise - I've seen areas of many different cities in different countries which aren't exactly what you call clean, but I wouldn't generalise and think that because parts of these countries aren't "clean" that citizens don't have pride in the county they live in.
If you bothered to venture into the Irish countryside, you'd find some of the most stunning scenery on the planet, but I guess you decided to focus on some dirt you saw. Pity, because you missed out.

As an Irish American, you are incredibly shallow and racist. Irish people aren't any dirtier or less clean than you are. You must take pride in whatever the Hell you are. Well, you better make damn sure you're at least a ten before you judge anyone else, and judging by your avatar you're not even a 2.

Haven't been there, I believe clean enough to be healthy, I don't want to eat off a floor, how clean are their plates and tableware?
Maybe the Germans are over occupied with cleaning, trying to impress so people will forgive the Holocaust.
