Sure! you can drive from Michigan to England, Ohio; England, Arkansas; or England, Oklahoma. Just check it out on mapquest.

The term is: water. Unless you plan on taking your car on a ferry across the ocean, then yes you can drive from Michigan to England.

You will need snow tires. Drive north across the Arctic. Thence into Europe. Then drive through the channel tunnel to England. Not possible in Summer

Sure you could! You just need to get a boat that is large enough for you to drive your car in circles on it until you get to England. Just watch out, they drive on the other side of the road there.
