Which one should should i get I want to use it for mostly basic college stuff (word docs mostly), also I want to use it for photos, home videos, and some music. The major differences are:

I was leaning toward Lance but I dont know much about laptops! Help

The extra processor power fromt he duo would help with video and processing jobs. Bigger display would also be nice. The difference in video cards is not that big, but the battery will not last as long on he second one. So if you plan on using away from power source more suggest first unless you purchase second battery for the second one which is usually available.

I'd go for the Lance.

GMA950 video card uses system ram for it's memory, which slows system performance.

Plus, I prefer XP Pro.

Also, AMD procs have really come along. If the AMD version is notebook version proc, it will help w/battery life.
