yes nestor does appear to be a bit of a prick but bless him, maybe he'll get off the internet and meet a gentleman to share his life with one day

Its not really silent. The frequency of the sound is very high and they say that adults cant hear it so it is ideal for students and kids for when they are in schools/colleges. i have a similar one, sounds like a bomb drop, can hear the phone go even if it is in the furthest room in the house. Not worth that much though, Im pretty sure someone has managed to steal it and placed it for free download on the internet.

I don't know if it is a joke, but it is surely a rip-off. A SILENT ringtone? Why not just turn off your cell or put it on vibrate? And there are so many FREE ringtones around, why pay 9 pounds (that's about $18, my fellow Americans) a WEEK for three? And whatever you do --don't fill in your cell number and click on the box, because that probably signs you up! Read the fine print and stay away from this scam!

It is possible that this is NOT a joke. An innovator recently created a device to rid urban areas of yobbish young thugs (!) It uses a frequency range that people over the age of 20 cannot hear but is unbearable for people younger than this. However, currently mobile phones are unlikely to have the frequency range to replicate this. It's actually a pretty good idea, but then you could just use the vibrate function on your phone.

i do not "fairly" take offense to any jokes. i imagine some are type of crude in spite of the reality that. now and again i am going to feign taking offense, even if it truly is purely for dramatic impression. a pal of mine took offense to a Helen Keller shaggy dog tale I instructed, yet yet another pal couldn't supply up giggling. it genuinely relies upon on the man.

It's a mobile phone company, so it's no joke...it's just a money hungery decision that too many people will buy into.

That's really weird, you might as well have it on silent vibrate. At least you get something out of it when it's in your pocket. lol.
