Yes....there is more corruption here on our own soil then you would possibly wish to realize. I've been doing some major research on this topic over the past year...and oh...the things that I've come up with. Too many incidences & too many details to even try to post here. There is evidence...much of it now leaked...that Bush & the Government had VERY MUCH TO DO with what happened on 9/11. There is a great reason to believe that of government was very much involved with the 9/11 attacks. The attacks were not ordered & carried out by our own country officials, but they were well aware of what was about to take place long prior to the events. They knew exactly what was going to happen & when. They refused to try to stop the attacks or to intervine in any way. They completely allowed for the attacks to happen....for their own gain. They did this to promote support from American citizens to lean towards a retaliation....because it was the American citizens that were standing in the way of a new world order. That is a bit hard to swallow....but there is BEYOND SUBSTANTUAL EVIDENCE.

I voted for Bush....twice. If I would have known the things I know now...he never would have gotten a vote from me. Our leader is very corrupt & dishonest to his own country...especially where 9/11 and the Iraq War is concerned. Very hard to believe...but true. Do your research.

Is the US government corrupt? Absolutely. *All* governments are, and when you get something as large and powerful as the US government, there's a lot of room for abuse. The problem is that it's become a self-sustaining system; attempts at reform will find inherent resistance due to the way the government is organized.

As to any of the particular questions of what the government may or may not have done? There's a lot of things out there that makes people wonder, lots of little things that lead to uncomfortable questions that, for the most part, haven't been publicly answered to everyone's satisfaction. I don't think most of the above are true - but there's plenty of accusations that are.
