Give her all the support she needs. Being pregnant isn't easy and she can be emotionally imbalanced from time to time. She's going to have to tell her uncle soon coz she really needs help financially. Be supportive to your friend and always keep her smiling.

If you're in the USA from another country, you're friend can stay here...her baby has automatic American citizenship and since she'd be the baby's caregiver...well, she stays...plus, single parents in the US get tons of grants and other help from the government for schooling. In any other country, I don't know. If she needs help for the pregnancy, there are tons of resources online and depending on the state, there are outreach centers, groups, and other places for emotional and financial/medical support. It's going to be okay. I'd suggest talking to a school counselor...they have access to tons of help lines.

Honey! Support her emotionally . During these days irrational decision and frustration seeps into the mind .
Secondly most important ,take her to the doctor and keep updating her status .
If she is in mood for abortion , better call her family members.

Just make sure she goes to a doctor and has healthcare. She can probably go on public assistants depending where you live. It's up to her to tell her family. You will lose her as a friend if you tell. She needs you now.

You should advise your friend to be a bit more independent. She dared to lose her virginity, she should have the courage to face her uncle and tell him the truth. If she is too afraid, ask her to do an abortion and ask her uncle for an apology

It really isn't your problem. All you can do is listen to her but best not give too many suggestions in case they come back to haunt you.
