Have you recently lost some weight?? If you're underweight it might cause this condition depending on your height & size. Do you suffer from cramping when you have your period.. Have you been very active in sports... anxious and/or nervous at time can contribute to skipping a period or two.
Your hormone are not stable at this time and it's ok...just annoying and make you wonder if you did anything wrong but like you said you never had a sexual intercourse. Don't worry they (your period) will come back.. You can ask the nurse at your school for more information about it or take an appointment with your family doctor...both will be able to help you...after all they're professionals

If you've had sexual relations and the man ejaculated (came) you could be pregnant. If not, you could be having a horomonal inbalance. It could also be a thyroid disorder. In either case you need to get to a Doctor and have bloods done. A blood test can tell if your pregnant and can also show if your horomonal levels or thyroid is off.

Either your hormones are in uproar or somethings happening with your thyroid glad.
Get checked out at your doctor.
