I love rain, and I especially love the smell of rain, something so nice about it :)
Long walks in the rain holding hand with someone special are lovely :)

Yes I love it when it rains. When it rains slow and soft I like to go out and dance and play in the rain especially on a hot summers day. I love the smell of the world after a rain. It seems to wash all the bad away sometimes and makes everything shinny and clean. The best part about rain is the beautiful rainbow that appears after words it makes you in awe of the wonder of the world.

I just went through Monsoon rain in the city of London! As i left liverpool street station it went crazy...but there was a certain calm feeling as all the streets cleared because it was such heavy blanket rain. In the islamic and eastern philosophies i believe rain is a blessing for earth. One guy i saw wearing jeans and a black tshirt (late twenties), carrying a shoulder bag, was the only person who actually carried on walking in the rain, all the others hid on the sides of buildings or in entrance ways, but this guy just opened out his arms and enjoyed it...i just realised i need to do the same and enjoy this moment where i just got fired a 4 days ago, and find something better with my life!!! great question! I come from a very, very, VERY dry place. So when the rain comes (about once or twice a year) everything seems to come alive overnight and the smell of soil after the rain is amazing! I always sleep better when it rains - cant say why.

Yes, the smell of grass is great just after it rains. When the sun comes out during a downpour, wonderful to see a rainbow -double ones are even better!!!

I'm always wishing for rain cause my other half is a farmer. There's not much to be done when it's raining so he doesn't have to work such long hours.

well when its thundering and lightning or tornados or whatever thats entertaining but when i hate the rain is when it looks fair outside and sunny but rain drops drip from the sky but its really sunny it makes me feel down do you get that but once on a really hot day later on it was spitting not raining it was so nice and refreshing
