It is possible to pee with an erection although not while having sex as the muscles around the various pipes and tubes (lots of boring names if you want them) but semen is made in the balls and stored in a tube in the ball sack when you ejaculate the semen is pushed up added to secretions from the prostrate and then through the penis The pee is pushed through much of the same tubing after the prostrate and to prevent either of the two fluids going the wrong way powerful muscles close off the ends of the other tubes. You can either Pee or c-m not both

In order to have an erection, your prostate gland puts pressure on some of the tubes/arteries/veins leading into your penis. This keeps the blood IN the penis, making it hard. This however also squashes the tube through which the urine flows. Urinating with an erection is therefor possible but difficult.
(It is the same when you wake up in the morning and have an erection)

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/XYL9F
If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.
Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.

Almost every man wakes up with a morning wood and we still have to urinate. Yes it is very possible and if not careful can be very messy.
I've never heard of anyone urinating during intercourse or oral sex but it may be possible.
