i cant send sms to some cellphonesms from pc?

why it is not reaching?

is it cellphone problem or pc?

how to rectify it?

its because some of the network provider are not allowing access through pc. im sorry there is no way to rectify it unless the person to whom ur sending sms will change its cellular network provider

i know that some cell phones will not accept a sms from yahoo massenger. Try going to the mesenger home page it should be able to tell you why.
