definately not. call your local police department and find out if this is a known sex offender. this information is also availiable on line, however even if he has prior convictions he may be inviolation & not registered yet. or may be using a fake name. you didn't say how old you were, but if you are under 18 and he touches you, that is illegal. do you have parents you can talk to? a school counseler may be able to help too.
