The Zoo, Sealife Centre, Castle ... the list is endless. Go to a tourist/local info centre & pick up free leaflets & tour guides for ideas.
If you go to the Zoo I would advise a whole day & don't forget the pushchair. The Zoo is built on a hill & is quite steep in some parts but well worth the effort.
