You should not talk so frequently to her, or she would be bald already.
Now seriously, are you sure she has that habit while is talking only with you? Have you seen her in a party doing the same?
It is something that might be stupid or very serious, depending on her character, behavior, if she changed lately or if one of her close relatives have some psychiatric problems.
Have you ever asked her why does she do that?
Can she stop once in a while or when you let her notice it?
She might be very nervous for reasons that you do not know, be very angry for something you better know - and keeping for the moment everything inside her- or just have a little psychological problem.
Try to think it over.

it could be a psychological problem that you trigger, I don't remember the specific name for it but a friend of mine has it,(going on twenty years now) and the only thing that helped her was counseling. Perhaps she doesn't realize what she's doing, if so, ask your physician about it. It could be very simple.

Because PEE WEE she wants you to annoy the people here at YAHOO ANSWERS and stop annoying her , why the only time she gets a break from you is when you are pecking away at the computer .

women generally do that... it is a apsycological matter...
women whenever wants themselves to impress others sexually they start ripping their hair, making waves etc.... if she has a b ad hair she may dress it for well looking it doesn't matter...
if you mean it ripping, it is that to show you that she is beautiful, she needs love pampering etc...

if she is literally ripping her hair out maybe she was hypnotize and trained to the sound of your voice. or maybe you haven't listened carefully to what she needs. either way you are not in a good place. good luck.
