I've heard a lot of crazy things about this place. It is a party only kinda place and the beaches are only suppose to be so-so. I'd rather go to Phuket.

I will be there later this year, probably around the end of October. Been a number of times as part of hols in Thailand and was last there in April. I have a friend who now runs a beauty salon there.
