I want to make a deal with an international courier company, but I should be sure that they are not fly by night companies.

Contact your/their chamber of commerce and ask for info on the company.

These days, you can easily find out more about a company using the Internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can get details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

This may sound rude, considering this is a direct competitor of them but, for a small fee Google Paid Researchers at www.google.com/answers do a pretty thorough check on companies to check for any abnormalities.

See if you can find them anywhere.. if they're in a phone book, online.. listed with the BBB..
