According to the legend, Helen of Troy was the most beautiful woman ever to have walked the earth, but I don't know if she was ever a real person.
In ancient times, Cleopatra was rumored to be the most beautiful woman ever to have lived.
Marylin Monroe also comes to mind.
Another problem is that beauty standards change over time.

Actually this is a question of personal prefrences I have heard some say Cleopatra was the most beautiful woman. I heard Grace Kelly was, and in 1954 the Guinness World Records states Greta Garbo is the most beautiful woman that ever lived. On matters concerning beauty, it is doubtful whether you can give a correct answer cos responses will be based on the respondent's limited knowledge. Some people have suggested Helen of Troy or Cleopatra or even comtemporary female personalities. There can never be a conclusive answer to this question.

Among those I know is Mother Teresa because she has a very beautiful heart. A heart no one can be compared or take over. Think of it, how many we know would give up their whole life and work among the poor, risking their lives as they are prone to diseases and even leprosy.

To me, if anyone has a kind heart, can be said to be beautiful if not the most beautiful in the entire world.

Surely Marilyn Monroe must be in there somewhere. Diana Rigg was always stunning as Emma Peel in her Avenger days. Rachael Stirling (Diana Rigg's daughter) is also a stunner, very reminiscent of her mother when she was younger.
