I dont know about any games like that, but u can try the Adobe Photoshop software.

http://www.makeoversolutions.com/makeover/virtualMakeover.jsp has a demo version, ivillage.com has one that's pretty good too.
..beautyriot.com...and marykay.com (kind of..you have to use other's photos)to name some! =]
