Copy means to take text from one area and put it to another. An example would be that you want certain information from a website but not all of the banner ads and not the whole article. All you have to do is highlight the information you want with the left mouse button. Still highlighted? Ok, now click the right mouse button and you will see an option to copy. Click the copy command. Now, move it where you want it like to an email or a word processing document. Right click the mouse again and you'll see paste. It was copied to where you wanted it to go. Cut is the same thing but it removes it from the place you took it from to put where you now want it. It's easy but sounds difficult. Highlight, right click to select either copy or cut, put where you want it, left click, paste. This works for text as well as for pictures.

COPY. You actually duplicate your image and take it to another site and leaving the origal image as it was.
CUT. You remove your image from its site.Like you would by cutting a picture from a mag with a razor.
PASTE. You Place what you had copied or cut in a new site.just like you would paste a poster on a wall or a page
