You can try Citi Cards or Capital one they are credit cards that will give people with adverse credit a second chance

None. Unsecured loans do not attract low rates. And people with adverse credit don't get low rates on any type of loan from High Street banks or anyone else. Someone with adverse credit seeking an unsecured loan will pay the highest rates if they can get that type of loan at all.

no high street bank will give you a loan at a low interest rate, you could lie and say yo

THe bank will lend you the money, if they do, they will charge you a higher interest rate as you are classed as a risk to the creditors/lenders.

You could possibly try The AA for a loan, i got myself into a spot of trouble and was in arrears with my payments, but my car kept breaking down and i needed to buy a new one and the AA gave me a loan even though i had poor credit.
My loan was to buy a car but you never know.

None.
Many will offer you a loan, however the interest rates will certainly not be low.
They are more likely to be very high.
Try Black Horse etc (they are owned by LLoyds TSB)
but even then you are looking at APR over 30%!!
Avoid buttered up loan sharks such as "Welcome" like the plague.
