As a female who was slightly underweight as a kid (and got picked on a lot for being a bookish nerd), here's my solution:
I took Judo lessons, and decided to beat the living crap out of attacking bullies once a semester. It took two such incidents to get them off my case, and on to some poor shmuck who would put up with it.
In your case, since the offenses seem to happen on the school bus, I'd make eye contact with the offender before boarding, step up to him as close as possible and growl, "Don't give me any trouble."
When he does (you KNOW he will), then beat the crap out of him. Failing that, get him in a headlock and hold him there until you reach the school (this wroks beautifully, in fact).
I recommend fighting your own battles heartily. DO NOT let anyone else solve the problem for you, or it WILL get worse...trust me on this one.
Good luck!

If you are scared of bullies I would suggest that you get off the bus and catch the next one. If not get some mates and chuck the bullies off the bus.

Sit in the first 2 rows close to the bus driver and if they continue to bother you tell the bus driver to watch the people who's bothering you.

Tell them that your father has a very good lawyer...
Just kidding. Bullies are, usually, very insecure. If you show them that you respect them without being afraid of them, they'll respect you. They are like coyotes: they attack the weak ones. Let them know that you won't stay in their way as long as they don't bother you. If you want to become a hero, protect the others and don't hope for the national flag...

Tell your parents first. Tell you bus drive and principal. Nobody should have to put up with it but you should be mature about the whole thing and let an adult know.

It really depends on what they are doing. If it's nothing violent, just ignore them completely. Once they realize they aren't going to get a rise out of you they'll move on to their next victim.
