I don't think you should worry about what the art teacher says. if you know you put your best effort into it - that's all that matters. Besides, you are your own worst critic. It's probably better than you realize.

Are you an art major? If you did your best and are happy with the results does it really matter what the teacher thinks? If they are a good teacher they should be able to be honest an open with their critiquing of your drawing and offer advice as to where some improvements may be made. If all they say is this is crap then ignore them.

Did your art teacher say it? or are you just wondering?
I reckon if WAS said, your teacher could do with a course in psychology and diplomacy, also in how to judge art.....
to put down anyone's efforts, specially when they've done their best, can be very damaging.
If this did happen, and its upset you, don't worry about it, YOU know its good, and really, thats all that matters.....

if YOU think it is bad then you must not have tried very hard .all I ever ask is that you give each drawing your best effort. You are not drawing it for ME you are drawing it for yourself..my goal is to show you ways that i have learned for you to put YOUR idea on paper
