try these healthy bra alternatives:

* Camisoles are inexpensive, and there is a huge variety at many department stores with variety of fabrics and weights, from silk to cotton. Some have straps similar to those of a bra, with adjustable clasps, so others may assume that a bra is being worn or that there is a bra under the camisole. You can find thin and/or cropped camis for summer.

* Men's singlet undershirts, also called A-shirts, sleeveless undershirts, etc. They are inexpensive and comfortable.

* Vests, similar to those of a man's 3-piece suit, over a blouse at work to hide breast outline or movement.

* Shirts with pockets over both breasts; extra fabric layer conceals.

* New alternatives include tops with two layers in front and one in back.

* Loosely fitted tops.

* Or simply wear no undergarment depending on weather, confidence, self image, and nature of overgarment.

It could be you're allergic to the material in the bra or to the detergent or fabric softener you use to wash it. Try using a different detergent. If that doesn't help, try a different fabric softener. If neither of these help, you might need a bra made of cotton.

be sure to wash your bra with a mild detergent and change your bra twice a day. If it continues to be a problem, maybe you should wear your bra over your t-shirt and ask people what they thinks. LOL. the guys will like it if it is Victoria's Secret.

The material might be too stiff; the lace could be bugging you; change your detergent; change from dryer sheets to fabric softener in the washer - alternatively, handwash with Zero.

Try the invisible bra, it is very comfortable, but not a great support bra.

if it itches, you may need to buy a looser fitting bra, the ones you currently have may be way too tight.

It may be your washing detergent. Try that baby detergent (Dreft). If your panties are not itchy then it may be that your bra is too small.
