Well there isn't a solution, coz chaos in mathematical terms can be either entropic chaos, = a system turning into collapse, leaving something random and unstructured (white noise), or into deterministic chaos, that means generating a fractal , which is a creative process, leading to a different structure. A fractal is based on an algorithm, entropic chaos isn't. Let me explain it this way: If you never read up your working kitchen, it will turn into a complete mess =entropic chaos, if you turn it upside down, because you want to paint it or get new furniture, it will come out structured differently after a while again=deterministic chaos

Chaos is not a problem, so what is your question?
There is a mathematical description for chaos though. A system is chaotic when it never reaches the same state twice. A very simple example, besides the weather offcourse, is a pendulum with a hinge in the middle. So it has been proven that the tip will never have the same velocity and position twice. So the system never repeats itself.

Zero. Chaos is like Zero, no matter what you do with it, it never reacts to the rest of the universe.

The Second Law of Thermodynamics says that entropy increases with time, so the only way to increase order is for time to flow backwards and we don't know how to do that yet!

Randomly slap your hands all over your calculator, then press =. If you've done it right, you should get MA ERROR. If you get Syn Error you've done it wrong.
