Go see a doctor. Leaking has nothing to do with it. The doctor will tell you if you are able to conceive or not.

sperm has entered you believe me there are millions of those little swimmers. However the trick is learning when you ovulate. Most people ovulate within a week after there monthly cycle. If your monthly is cycle is not normal than you may not be ovulating (releasing your egg to be fertilized). You can also check ovulation by feeling your own cervix, during ovulation your discharge will change to slim-my and stretchable. It will stretch from finger to thumb without breaking. Your cervix will also move down a little and open slightly at the tip. It kinda feels like if you put your index finger together w/ your thumb at the top is what you cervix feels like only softer. Also you need to know your body and the changes that occur so keep track of your cervix even when ovulation is not suspected so you can tell the difference. If your comfortable doing this with your body than do it just make sure you wash your hands first of course. If not you can spend the money on ovulation kits, which can be found just about any department/pharmacy store (rite aid, walmart). I know how frustrating it can be to want a baby but you have to be patient. I know people used to say that to me and it pissed me off. I was like "easy for you to say" lol. If your cycles are messed up you may want to see a dr., a lot of factors weigh in for women that don't ovulate. Good luck with everything.

conceiving's not like icelolly, that has be continuously dipped in juice. A microscopic speck of a sperm from the semen is enough. The seminal count runs to several million! Its a matter of being at the right place at the right time. You should be in the ovulation period.Thats that. Dont worry, have patience, relax, and enjoy your life. If worried, then go to the doctors.
I'm married for 33 years.Me+wife are both OK, yet she cncieved after 15 years of marriage. Patience pays.

1. Have a good health, you should not be anaemic, take proper dite and multivitamins both of u.
2. Know the length of your cycle, if u have a 28 day cycle (from the first day of your period until the first day of your next period)then ovulation will happen on 14th day, so plan making love on 13, 14 and 15th day of cycle.
3.Regarding sperms coming out raise your vagina up by keeping pillows while your hubby ejeculates in side you,in missionary position. keep your bottom portion raised for 10 - 20 minutes.
4. don't try any harmonal or other treatment, consult a good doctor.( hopefully you will not need him after my advise and your hard work)

As you have written you are recently married then why are you so anxious to concieve? is there some kind of pressure on you or somebody has told you that you have some problem with you or you have presumed that there is some problem with you to get pregnant.i assure you that since you are recently married so all the above factors are immeterial. you will become pregnant in due course of time. once couple has stayed together for two years and pregnancy does not take place then the condition is labelled as PRIMARY INFRTILITY and only then dr starts treating the case.
before two years of cohabitation couple should not worry and should not submit themselves for management of infertility until unless there is some other kind of medical problem not elaborated in this question.

Normally after intercourse, some of the sperm comes out of vagina. But during sexual intercourse, and before your partner pumps his penis in vagina, see that a pillow is kept under your buttocks. After ejaculation lie in that position for some time, say about 10 mins. so that the sperm will go inside.

hey darling, it seems you know very little about such matters. go and visit a gyneachologist she will explain you much better..
it is the 14 th day if you count back from your menstrual period,.
that day ifyou have intercourse without any prevention, you can conceive if you have no other problems.
