Depends on the paitn and type of floor - water based use water adn soap. Otherwise probably dry and scrape. Oil on carpet use olive oil to soften and wipe up.

Burn it Off. Just Kidding. Noe depending on the type of floor and type of paint. You might want to try soap and water or a paint tinner. Contact you local paint store to help you.

Go to a hardware store and purchase a solvent called "goof-off". It will remove the paint.
