Who wins if there is really a fight ? —
( Or do You just share my thoughts that in this case there would be no fight, because the Mask-charakter is too smart and too fast for the ugly green Monster. Maybe Mask is not interested in fighting at all. He just wants to amuse himself. That's all. Do U agree ? )

According to the movie, the "Mask" was an artifact make by the God Loki. Considering the trickster God's reputation I don't think the "Hulk" would even get a chance to get his green paws on him. If Thor the God of Thunder couldn't stop Loki what chance does a radioactive adrenaline junkie have?

The Mask is in it for himself.
On the off chance of a fight, I personally think it'll be a nil all draw.
Although it would be cool to see if the mask could infuriate the hulk into a next step beyond "Hulk Smash"
And for the record, Thor -did- catch Loki, and imprisoned him. People never seem to remember that
