i am carrying out microarray experiments but unable to fix the PCR products for hybridisation.

This link is to an article containing the sentence -

The membrane was dried at 80°C for 30 min, then ultra violet (UV)-irradiated to fix PCR products tightly.

I don't know if its relevant to what you're doing.

Companies sell pretreated slides to which PCR products can be covalently linked (I assume you're not growing the products on the slide itself, as Affymetrix does). In the earliest days, some slides were simply dipped in polylysine and dried before spotting, but lots of distortion happened during the hybridization and washing then, it was hard to find all the spots.
