Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. Take baths to soften the skin, then use a loofar or gentle body scrub. This gets rid of the top layer of dead skin cells, helps stimulate new skin growth and boosts circulation. Finish up with a light covering of baby oil.
From the inside out, drink plently of water to flush out toxins and eat fruits rich in anti-oxidants to help give skin a healthy glow.

Try adding vinegar to your bath water once a week. Sounds gross & smelly but its not. Vinegar has the same effect on your skin as a chemical peel... without the chemicals!

If you have excema or broken skin or any kind of skin complaint (dermatitis etc) DO NOT USE as it will burn!!

All the vinegar does is loosen the dead cells on the surface of the skin that do not actually come off when you wash. Use a loofah brush or body gloves and also add baby bath to your bath water. You will instantly feel the difference in your skin... it will feel so soft.

Make sure you moisturise after either with pure olive oil, almond oil, shea cocoa butter or baby oil (preferably the one with aloe vera)

For your face you could use pure lemon juice as a toner. Wash your face as normal, apply the lemon juice with cotton wool. This can tingle a little but it works. Leave for 2 - 5 mins and then rinse off with cold water (to close the pores). Moisturise after. After one application you will feel the difference.

Even if you do this only once or twice a week the condition of your skin will continue to improve with continued use.
