use any compression software such as winzip or enzip to zip the folder into a single file. Then send it by email. Even if you dont have any such software , you can still zip it if you are running windows xp. Just right click on the folder and select sendto->compressed(zipped)folder. Now the folder will become a compressed single file. Then you can easily mail it.
