my parents say that I will be harrased or harmed by them. So they tel me not to talk to strangers. I want to know I must continue or not? Is it harmful to me for my future or not?

why do u want? Keep yourself entertained with your neighbourhood friends. They know your good and bad, and you too! Your parents are right! but not in all the cases. Anyhow having telefriends may harm your future.
