I give myself affirmations ever day, it is an important ritual for me. I need to centre myself, I think we all should before we venture forth into the world each day.
What do I see when I look in the mirror?
I see a unique man, someone with a lot of stories. I see a lot of memories etched upon my face, I see a fighter, a lover, a father, a friend. I see the person I want to be, I see the person I value, who has value. I see a guy who is human, who is sometimes fragile, someone who has his inconsistencies, I see someone who is loving, who is loyal. Someone who is petulant ,funny, mercurial and silly, someone with complexities.
I see a man who has a lot yet to learn, I see someone who pursues wisdom. I see a guy that oozes compassion.
What can I say, I love myself, I deserve it. That does not mean I think I am better then anyone. I am just better at being me then anyone else. I recognize these things when I look in the mirror, it fits with my mantra of positivity.

Great question,
As a surfing vampire (who obviously loves wearing sunblock) I honestly never see myself in the mirror, I cast no shadow, nor reflection:
I have to take digital photos of myself to see whether my hair looks okay or whether my hickey/love bit has disappeared yet...
Luckily I am damn pretty (not as pretty as your avatar admittedly) so tend not to need affirmation of my prettiness through vain self-actualising mirror watchery

My Tiffany jewelry. And then I tell myself to stop being so vain and notice my gorgeous hair. And, then I tell myself to stop being so vain and notice my rare eye color. And, then I notice a couple of gray hairs and I wonder what my hair is going to look like gray. And then I realize I have grown happier with age so it really doesn't matter. And then, I tell myself to stop being such an a** and focus on more important things and look away from the mirror!

I see me but honestly when I see myself in photos it just looks nothing like the one in the mirror. Weired heh?

I probably honestly see the somewhat dishonest image that my mind has constructed for me. I'm not sure we ever see ourselves completely objectively, just as we never hear ourselves objectively until we listen to a tape recording of our voice and wince in embarrassment. We see ourselves through a scrim of our own self-knowledge... maybe we see a truer image of ourselves for that reason, the way a painter has to dig past the objective truth of his or her subject to meld it with the subjective truth of the person's "soul" for lack of a better word.

I make what i see, if depends on my mood...if im happy i see, a girl who doesnt need any make-up to look beautiful, if i have no real feelings that day, then i just try to look presentable and sometyms, i see an angry girl.
i dont know what i see...maybe i see frustration...what'er...i see me...happy or sad, and i love what i see, even if i may not admit it at that moment but i do(love myself)...
n at the moment i need to get myelf some sleep...

Today: My smile is too toothy, my hair can't decide whether or not to be straight or wavy, my hips are too big.
But in my blue eyes I see a scared and scarred little girl in a grown up world.
