well, this wont make your car do 300, but it will add a satisfactory increase in performance- a cold air intake. My friend just put a weapon r system in his car and my god is it fun. after installation his 1.9 liter ford escort was actually fast, and sounded nice. plus, they generally only cost about $200, and they wont completely wreck your engine being that it is only a new air intake. Enjoy!!!

No. Even if you could get the typical auto engine to produce enough power to overcome the aerodynamic forces at that speed (which you can't), the tires would probably shred once you got past 150.

ya to some exetent its possible.....depends on the car u are using......
basically.....there are many ways.....like using gas cylinders....like NOS gar cylinders.....these are directly conected to main block of your engine.........then cylinders when activated inject a high pressure gas in the engine block...ie on the piston...increasing pressure on them, and hence eventually increasing speed......but this changes the ideal setting of yor pistons....this may lead to milleage problems later....any decrease the life of ur engine n body parts...........(above given is a basic explanation)

Yes- but its in the Gears, not the engine. Assuming you have a V8 in good running condition.
