The age of 0 to 18 is where a person forms their personality there is a great danger during this time of developement for a child to take on qualities not wanted by the people who conceived them and raised them in the first place most parents have this model in their minds what they want their kids to be and unless they have control the kid is almost 100% certain to turn out the way they do not want them to be. Culture is passed on generation to the next in this way.

It's to prevent exposing underaged kids to the big bad world. I'm serious, there's a great deal of danger the internet brings--like allowing paedophiles to get around.

because they are sitting ducks with a lot of desire in them and there are a lot of pepole waiting for that so even if they do which they will tell them to be careful.

its coz, kids n teens r 2 b kept away from adult stuff as they r 2 'yung' for it as well as not officially mature enough 2 handle adult stuff.
