I think he will defeat sandman and hub goblin but venom is universally spidermans rival.

thats why they made a third spiderman, he can get through the most hardest things.....though he may just fail i mean that sounds too hard even for spidey, well who knows well see when the movie comes out

OF COURSE HE WILL HOW MANY MOVIES HAVE YOU SEEN WHERE THE HERO LOOSES I HAVE SEEN ONLY ONE FORGOT THE NAME AND SPIDER MAN ALWAYS WINS WHETHER IN THE CARTOONS OR IN COMICS ID SAY HE WOULD WIN BUT WOULDN'T IT BE A SHOCKER IF HE LOOSES
