Using a pumice stone works but you cant do it too often as your fingers get raw, to reduce staining hold the cigarette so the smoke doesnt toauch your fingers you look a bit of ponce but it works well. If you smoke roll ups use a filter, these were far and away the worst offenders for staining your fingers. I used to smoke and I can vouch for these methods of stain reduction. Be careful of using chemicals such as bleach, which I never found that successful anyway, as these will really damage your skin. One final tip if you are going to a posh do once your fingers are clean use thin gloves like the inserts you can get for rubber kitchen gloves until the big event. It stops them accidently getting stained.

Other than not smoking cigarettes? Soap and water might help, some rubbing alcohol perhaps. Or if you must smoke but don't want the external side-effects, you could always get a "smoking glove" to be used in order to avoid the aforementioned stains. But have you ever wondered what kinds of stains are forming on your _inside_?

Lemon juice is a good stain remover, but I agree with lots of the other answers, stop smoking! I wish I could! Also, if you smoke Silk Cut then change brand as they have a strip of perforated holes in the paper round the filter so smoke seeps out directly on to the skin staining it very badly.

Use some diluted Domestos and a scouring pad and gently scrub your fingers and the staining will come off easily.

Chop your fingers off, or give up smoking.
I used to have this when I was a smoker. When I gave up it went withing two weeks
Actually whenever I was stuck for cigarettes at the time I would compensate by smelling my fingers. Mmmm! Fingers!

Many people strive to attain lighter, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Learning to properly care for your skin on a day-to-day basis will help your skin stay light and tight, while more substantial and scientifically-proven lightening products are also widely available. In my opinion this is the best method https://tr.im/cTd7d

Turpentine works but your hand will smell a bit so scrub well with soap after. I've used this method many times.
