any sites that would teach guitar lessons for a beginner? free?

Try this one. It's pretty decent. Enjoy yourself and practice... alot. If you're playing on steel strings, it's going to take awhile to build up the callous on the finger tips, but it's worth it.

I've been taking private lessons for a couple of months, and I'm loving it.

Or get a beginners book it takes along time so be patient I have toured as a guitar tech for Slipknot Mudvane Ultraspank Many more guitar can take you farther than any video game could ever take you I LOVE guitar . But you gotta do it
