Its my 18th birthday soon, planing on having a costume party, does anyone know where I should have it?!?

My house is not an option, if people are drinking we have heaps of stairs and a train track behind our house with no fence seperating it...

Well you do know that the legal age for drinking is 21 right?????

How about renting out a convention room/hall. You can bring your own decorations and have everyone bring pillows to sit on or lawn furniture or things like that.
