Quit putting so much pressure on yourself. Take a step back and
look at the situation from another point of view. Don't worry
about what other people say. They are not you and they don't have to live with your choices. Ask the teacher if you can do some extra work to make up those low grades. Finally, quit beating yourself up over this. It's okay to be human and it is okay
to make mistakes. So long as your keep learning, everything
will be okay.

Well theres nothing wrong with u becuz as far as to my knowledge I was also similiar like u during my school days.Its just the hormone balance in ones system that fluctuates the activity swings.
Just relax and carry on the way your doing your activities as usual.Well don't bother of others notices becuz that makes one feel too concious & in this form of over conciousness u make silly mistakes unknowingly which would look like a disappoint ment to others.i think your thinking too much so just relax your mind and pay more attention in your studies and actvities u do.Maybe you can consult ur doctor for some vitamins prescriptions and have ur diet intake improved.Deficiencies of proper diet nutrition and supplements and food can also be the reaso for your problem.

ok the best thing you can do is relax, if you take a bit of time out from stuff like that it'll clear your thoughts, don't think about being a "A" student think about being a student!!! you have to feel comfortable in yourself before the goods will return

did you miss school? and fall behind? Maybe you have other problem that are distracting you. Go to your teacher or counsellor and tell them, thats what their there for. You have to remove the problem first before you can move on.
